Ibex Honduras is looking to hire a dynamic and innovative Recruitment Manager.
Ibex operate a global CX delivery center model consisting of 34 operations facilities around the world, while deploying next-generation technology to drive superior customer experiences for many of the world’s leading companies across retail, e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, utilities and logistics.
We are located at Centro Comercial Novacentro, en el 6 y 7 piso, dentro de Centro Corporativo Los Próceres entre Boulevard Morazán y, Avenida la Paz, Tegucigalpa 11101.
The recruitment manager leads and develops a team of Recruiters, Senior Recruiters and/or Recruiting Supervisors/Coordinators. They are also responsible for development and implementation of recruitment strategies for the contact center and implements a variety of recruiting methods including advertising, community networking, and creative development of diverse recruiting sources. The Recruitment Manager also partners with local employment entities to facilitate large-scale recruitments.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking and internal recruiting tools to source and fill open positions with highly qualified talent.
• Ensure alignment of recruiting activities with business goals and hiring objectives.
• Perform targeted candidate searches; increase applicant flow via internet job boards, employee referrals, local advertising and social networks.
• Consult with leadership, operations and training teams to understand and carry out targeted recruiting campaigns.
• Responsible for filling a minimum number of new hires on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Administer background & drug screening paperwork to applicants; process and document results.
• Lead a team of Senior Recruiters, Recruiters, Recruiting Supervisors.
• Report daily on the recruiting activities, challenges and strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
• Leadership experience as a Recruitment Manager is mandatory.
• Must possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Bachelor’s Degree or College Coursework in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a Human Resource role preferred, including recruiting responsibilities.
• Experience in a call center environment is a must
• Experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience with Icims or similar applicant tracking system
• Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding employment and hiring practices.
• Must have well-developed applicant screening and behavioral interviewing skills.
• Ability to make sound screening and hiring decisions, independently.
• Comfortable speaking to large groups.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Focused and proactive approach to work tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Professional communication style, presentation and solid business acumen.
• Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy and details.

• Computer and internet savvy; Basic computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Skype.
